These Terms govern your use of the TokenSmith desktop and mobile apps, website, API, and related services. By creating an account or using TokenSmith, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s standard licensed application end-user license agreement where it applies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live to create or use a TokenSmith account. Do not share your account with anyone who does not meet these requirements.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may delete your account from the mobile app settings.
Permitted use
You may use TokenSmith only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You may not use the service to develop or distribute malware, facilitate fraud or abuse, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass access or usage controls, disrupt the service, or generate illegal content. You may not create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation content, nonconsensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated imagery), or deceptive impersonations used to harm or defraud people. Report suspected abuse through Support.
AI output
You interact with artificial intelligence, not a human. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. TokenSmith is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Availability and behavior vary by model provider.
Credits and billing
Cloud-model usage consumes TokenSmith credits. Review the price, credit allowance, billing period, renewal terms, and any taxes shown at checkout before paying. A one-time credit purchase does not itself authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions renew under the terms presented when you purchase them until canceled.
For web subscriptions, visit Billing to manage or cancel through the payment provider. For Apple subscriptions, use App Store subscription settings. Deleting your TokenSmith account or uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple subscriptions. Contact support@tokensmith.us if you cannot access cancellation.
Used credits are generally not refundable, except as required by applicable law or the payment storefront. Account deletion removes your remaining credit balance, subject to any mandatory refund rights. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, and refund rights remain unaffected. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases under its procedures and applicable law.
Your content
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant TokenSmith the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and display that content to operate and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.
Third-party services
When you use a cloud model, TokenSmith routes requests to the third-party AI provider associated with the model you select. The mobile app additionally asks for AI data-sharing permission, which you may withdraw in its settings. Requested web-assisted answers may also use a third-party search provider. These services may be subject to separate terms. TokenSmith is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using TokenSmith or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenSmith is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenSmith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
